Jaclyn J. O'Neil (Jack'e O) began a love of hair as a young girl and while still in High School enrolled in Cosmetology School, and began working in a salon before graduating high school. Hilda started working in Napa, then moved to the Bay Area and is now living in Solano County in the beautiful city of Suisun.
