When we reported on Bleach London's hair tapestry last year, our Pinterest blew up with repins. Intrigued by their creation, it was time to take matters into our own hands — so weave we did.
Hair tapestry is, essentially, needlepoint for your hair. It's a lot of fun, and truth be told, and it's a therapeutic, too. (They should provide the activity at wellness treats.) We paired up again with our cronies at Mane Addicts, who brought in Michelle Borbolla of The Gypsy Bazaar. Michelle mastered the technique, and told us a few tricks too. First being: doing this on your own hair, unless it's down to your navel, is a bit difficult. So grab a friend, or use the ease of a clip-in extension — especially when going with an intricate design.
